What is our role ?

Although a wedding planner is, basically, a specialist in event organization, a Monaco wedding planner should be able to provide plenty of pertinent local information.

  • Help the couple create a realistic wedding budget.

3- Vendor Selection:

  • Recommend and source reputable wedding vendors, including venues, caterers, florists, photographers, videographers, musicians, and officiants.
  • Negotiate contracts and review them with the couple.

4- Timeline and Schedule:

  • Create a detailed wedding timeline that includes all key events, from the engagement to the wedding day.
  • Ensure that the couple stays on track with their planning tasks.

5- Design and Theme:

  • Collaborate with the couple to develop a wedding theme and design concept.
  • Assist in selecting color schemes, decor elements, and overall aesthetics.

6- Coordination:

  • Manage all logistical aspects of the wedding day, including scheduling, vendor coordination, and setup.
  • Oversee the rehearsal and ensure that everyone knows their roles and responsibilities.

7- RSVP and Guest List Management:

  • Help the couple create and manage their guest list.
  • Track RSVPs and dietary preferences.

8- Wedding Day Management:

  • Be on-site on the wedding day to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Coordinate vendor arrivals and setup.
  • Handle any unexpected issues or emergencies that may arise.

9- Timeline Execution:

  • Keep the wedding day on schedule, ensuring that all planned events happen at the right time.
  • Cue the bride, groom, and wedding party for key moments like the ceremony and speeches.

10- Problem Solving:

  • Address any last-minute issues or concerns that may arise.
  • Act as a point of contact for guests and vendors.

11- Post-Wedding Duties:

  • Coordinate the clean-up and return of rented items.
  • Ensure that any outstanding vendor payments are made.
  • Assist with post-wedding tasks like preserving the wedding gown or handling gift and card management.

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to the couple throughout the planning process, especially during stressful moments.

13- Custom Services:
