We will get in touch with you at least one week in advance to meet all of your contacts, venue management, service providers etc. We will be there during the Wedding Day to ensure that everything runs smoothly. We will use our network of service providers if any last minute problems or surprises appear.

- Meet with all service providers (DJ, musicians, artists, transportation, photographers, light and sound technicians etc)
- Meet venue management at least two days in advance
- Technical visit of the venue with service providers (at least on or two days in advance)
